When you take the action to read my content, always remember that your progress is my purpose. Part of my purpose is to guide you towards a path that allows you to serve self, others, and all life in a more meaningful way. It goes a little something like this:
- Make sure you become more Aware
- Help you know where to take Action
- So that you can Ascend towards your purpose
- Serving the ultimate goal to Attract the right opportunities
- While keeping you on track with my Accountability!
#FlashBack to almost a month ago, where I had the honor to facilitate my first Men’s Sacred Ceremony. We did the deep, and difficult work of going inward with courage and community. We laughed, we cried, and we went into the healing that we all need. We experienced REAL medicine, and brotherhood.
As glorious as that sounds, that is the easy part. The hard part is taking the wisdom and applying It. You still need #JustShowUp, but with a wider, fresh perspective. Basically, your integration of your experiences is EVERYTHING!
So the bigger question is, HOW do you integrate to #RaiseYourVibration, and become the BEST version of yourself? The answer is simple:
DO THE MOST EXCITING FOR YOU IN THIS EXACT MOMENT IN TIME!

To articulate on this more, here is the Five A Formula to help serve you further:
- AWARENESS: After our experiences together (whether Fitness, Infinity, Breathwork, Ceremony, Tarot Reading, etc) you develop an expanded consciousness. Use this new way of BEing to LISTEN to what piece of excitement to gravitate next towards.
- ACTION: Be proactive on that passion that you feel for that moment. Regardless of the outcome, the universe speaks in higher frequencies “aka excitement, love, joy”. Meaning that even if “failure”, the universe wants you to learn from that act of passion to ensure growth.
- ASCEND: Your lessons learned lead to improvement, aka “passion leads to purpose”. Via my last email, this formula isn’t always perfect, because the universe does not communicate in a straight line. It speaks through curves and waves. When following steps 1 and 2, these waves still continue to move upward through this spiral path.
- ATTRACT: As you grow, the more you know! Don’t hold this wisdom to yourself, because you are now a magnet of opportunity to help others do the same. This process becomes a chain reaction of raising your vibration to gravitate the right people, places and spaces towards you.
- ACCOUNTABILITY: One of the most important aspects of this formula is this fifth element. Who do you surround yourself with like-minded individuals that support your journey of self discovery?
So who you gonna call?… THE FITTEST SHAMAN!
